Tamie Hanson’s professionalism, knowledge and hard work was so appreciated during my search for a home in the Madison area. She listened to my priorities and helped me find a property that met my needs and stayed within my budget. Moving is stressful under the best of circumstances but Tamie made the process of finding a new home while living in a faraway state smooth and hassle free. I highly recommend Tamie! Safe to say I was a difficult client, with pretty specific wants and needs as far as my home purchase. Tamie stuck with me throughout the process and never lost hope, despite my own wavering at times! I recently moved from my home in Madison to Ashburn, VA. I’d always lived in Wisconsin and lived in the house my husband and I built 31 years ago. I loved the home and the neighborhood. Tamie made the transition much easier than I had expected. I felt she appreciated my home, understood what a big this move would be for me and supported me throughout the process. I valued her expertise in determining a good asking price. It gave me comfort as we began the process of selling. I also think her ideas to stage my home added to its beauty and value. Bought 3 houses now with Tamie, she has exceptional services. Solid advice for bids. When she cannot make it to a viewing, she sets you up with one of her associates so you can still view. She has a strong network of various related services (electrical, exterior, HVAC, etc.)
